What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements to improve strength, endurance, and agility. Every workout is scalable for any fitness level.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional exercises (like sled pushes, farmer’s carries, and burpee broad jumps) with running. It’s designed for all fitness levels, offering both individual and partner categories.
I’m new to fitness. Can I join?
Yes! Both our CrossFit and HYROX programs are beginner-friendly. Our coaches help scale movements and modify workouts based on your ability and goals.
How are CrossFit and HYROX training different?
CrossFit focuses on varied functional movements at high intensity, with strength, gymnastics, and conditioning work. HYROX training is more endurance-based, targeting race-specific skills like running, sled work, and longer work sets.
Do I need to choose between CrossFit and HYROX?
Not at all. Many of our members do both! Our programming allows you to combine CrossFit strength and skill work with HYROX endurance and race prep.
MEMBERSHIP & CLASSES
What memberships do you offer?
We offer only unlimited memberships that allow you to take advantage of every class we offer, either CROSSFIT, HYROX or OXYGEN. Drop-in rates are available too.
How long are the classes?
CrossFit classes are typically 60 minutes. HYROX sessions run 60–75 minutes, depending on the focus of the day.
Can I drop in for a HYROX or CROSSFIT workout?
Absolutely. We welcome HYROX and CROSSFIT athletes visiting from other locations. Book here your spot in advance!

How do I sign up for my first class?

What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, training shoes (we recommend hybrid shoes for HYROX sessions), a water bottle, and a positive attitude!
Do I need special equipment for either CROSSFIT or HYROX training?
No special equipment is required — we provide everything in-house. However, some members like to bring their own grips or belts for extra support.
